About us

Husband and wife duo, professional athlete turned PT and tv personality turned fitness instructor/nutrition coach.

After Jacob was spending days in a commercial gym coaching 1-1 and Holly was part owner of a subscription fitness platform, the main topic of conversation was;

  1. The high cost of 1-1 PT + gym memberships
  2. The lack of accountability people have when trying to do pre recorded sessions

We realised that it seemed to be all or nothing. 1-1 PT with tailored support OR an app with 1000s of members and limited or zero support/accountability. That is when FOUR FITNESS was born.

After spending what seems like my entire life “on a diet” I realised enough was enough.

I’ve made all the mistakes so that you don’t have to!

I completed my nutrition coaching course to understand the ins and outs of nutrition so I could educate not only myself but use my platform to educate others too. As someone who hates the gym I really wanted to find exercise that I enjoyed which lead me on to completing my exercise to music qualification.

My classes are fast, fun and funky. My aim is to have you working at your max effort without even feeling like you’re working out at all!

Having been a professional athlete for 12 years I know exactly what it takes to strip unwanted fat in and progress your physical fitness. Which is why I decided to become a personal trainer.

Working in a commercial gym alongside football really allowed me to understand how beneficial 1-1 PT can be in comparison to training alone.

How that accountability and education could be the difference between you achieving your goals or not.

Unfortunately it was inaccessible and inconvenient for a lot of people especially those with a lack of childcare and long working hours.

With FOUR FITNESS we have created the best of both worlds!

My classes are simple, structured and progressive. They are designed to be completed by all fitness levels from beginner to athlete.
